If you experience any problems after a scheduled maintenance visit that are the direct result of work performed during that visit, we will rectify the problem free of charge. This may involve another site visit, or simply helpdesk support – it’s our Service Guarantee.
Senior Management Hours
Senior management hours are used for on-site management liaison, strategic planning and reporting with one of our Senior Consultants.
Access to Discounted Resources
Clients on our maintenance plans also enjoy generous discounts off our standard hourly rate allowing you to take advantage of cheaper rates when implementing projects outside of a maintenance visit.
24 Hour Support
All our maintenance plans provide on-site, support centre and helpdesk assistance between 8:30am and 5:30pm. Should your business require the peace of mind of having a 24 hour response available to you, this can be provided at a small monthly cost. This will ensure that someone is available to respond to your calls after hours.
