Microsoft
Inspire IT is proud to be recognised by Microsoft for our technical excellence as both a Gold Certified Partner and a Microsoft Small Business Specialist. This is the highest level of partner certification that Microsoft offers. To obtain this certification, several competencies must be met in the areas of Advanced Infrastructure Solutions, Network Infrastructure Solutions and Microsoft Business Solutions. To maintain our Gold Partner status, each year Inspire IT is required to meet ongoing Microsoft requirements. These include case studies, customer references, and continual staff certification. This recognition of our skills and our commitment to training and continuous updating our staff’s technical knowledge ensures we deliver the highest quality of Microsoft support to our customers.
Cisco
Inspire IT is recognised as a Cisco Select Partner, which means we have proven experience and certification in Cisco routing, switching, voice and wireless implementation. Inspire IT’s network team are all certified in Cisco technology. Inspire IT’s entire network runs on Cisco technology. There are over 200 Cisco routers managed and monitored by Inspire IT, with a 99.9% uptime SLA.
IBM
Inspire IT was awarded the prestigious IBM Business Partner of the Year in 2008 for the solutions that we designed and implemented in 2008. We have implemented many IBM solutions from smaller server implementations for Huxley Homes, Down Syndrome and NSW Property Industry Foundation to larger implementations of BladeCenter and storage solutions at Arccon, Jeminex Limited and Camp Quality.
VMware
As a VMware Enterprise Partner, Inspire IT are required to have staff attend training and pass exams. Certification must be kept up to date as new technologies and exams are released.
Inspire IT have implemented VMWare high availability solutions for Arccon, Camp Quality, and Jeminex Limited. We offer hosted, high availability solutions for smaller clients as well.
Citrix
Inspire IT is a Citrix Gold Certified Solutions Advisor. To ensure supply, Citrix demand that a number of our staff are certified in Citrix technology and we are required to keep Citrix certification up to date with the current Citrix platform to maintain this certification. Recently we completed a successful Citrix project for Camp Quality who required a centralised CRM database for all locations, and a ‘local’ experience for users in remote branches. We implemented a Citrix XenApp platform for database delivery and Citrix Branch Repeaters in each location.
