Kim has been with Inspire IT for over 6 years and over that time has delivered significant projects to clients and been responsible for the design and implementation of our MPLS network and My Dynamic Infrastructure (MyDI) platforms.

Stuart Nelson MCSE, VCP, CCA
Leader – Virtualisation and Infrastructure
Stuart joined Inspire IT in 2007 to lead our Virtualisation practice which later became the cornerstone of our cloud platform – My Dynamic Infrastructure (MyDI). Stuart and his team continue to develop and deploy our MyDI platform, using best-of-breed hardware and software in Australia’s leading data centres to provide our clients a self service, elastic, and usage-based dynamic infrastructure.

Graeme’s background in hospitality makes him the perfect person to head service delivery for the business. With almost 10 years of customer service experience over numerous industries, Lindsey knows what it takes to form solid, trustworthy client relationships. At Inspire IT she ensures our clients receive the best possible service by facilitating regular client contact, and assists them in developing their IT solutions as their businesses evolve.

Senior Consultants
Our team of senior consultants are all Microsoft Certified IT Professional Enterprise Administrators with at least 5 years consulting experience. They will also have a specialisation in Virtualisation, Networks, Security, Servers and Storage. All clients are allocated a senior consultant who will know their business, manage their IT environment and have overall accountability for the client relationship.

Consultants
Our consulting team is certified to the level of Microsoft Certified IT Professional System Administrator and have at least 3 years IT experience. They will have expert desktop knowledge and server experience. Each client will be assigned a consultant who will work with the senior consultant on the delivery of projects and the day to day management and maintenance of the site. This consultant will be the regular onsite contact.

Service Desk Team / Associates
Our Associates are graduate level with 1-3 Years experience. The service desk is our breeding ground for talent and where we develop both the technical and service skills of our future consultants. This is the first port of contact for all of client support needs and the associate will track the case from start to finish, even if it is escalated to higher level staff.
